Both my son (2 months old) and myself go to Synapse Chiropractic. We absolutely love it. The Admin team and doctors are extremely welcoming and helpful! When my son was born he had Shoulder dystocia happen which caused a lot of stress for us to make sure he was healing and growing properly. Dr. Sahota has put our minds at ease with each adjustment. The doctors are healers and both are so honest and kind! I also like that they offer TRT technique which is so unique and different than other chiropractors. This is not a "quick fix" type of place. They did what modern medical doctors and physical therapists couldn't do. My story is a bit of a unique one, the main root cause of my neck, mid, and lower back pain was buying a plush mattress which didn't provide the support I needed. This was only found out after several doctors visits and several months of lack of sleep and waking up in agonizing pain every morning. I got booked into several appointments with medical doctors and PT's even went in to get a few x rays, did silly exercises through a phone app, all came up short and I still had lower back pain.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Sahota on and off for 2 years. My husband always enjoyed seeing a chiropractor in the past but I was skeptical of the whole thing to be honest. I just returned after a hiatus of about a year and I could tell the difference after one visit. I find it awkward the whole practice but it's completely worth it. Dr. Sahota tells you what he's going to do beforehand and is okay with nah I don't like that, that makes me feel uncomfortable. It took me a few months to be okay with him adjusting my neck but so happy I did and go every other week now!

Did you search "Webster technique" because you are desperate with breech babies like I was? That's how I found this place. I had twins, both breech at 33 weeks and I needed to get them turned in a limited time with their very already crowded space as they were large (7lb7oz when born early) By my 36 week scan they were head down and stayed head down until delivery and I attribute the success to the doctor at synapse that I didn't have to have a cesarean.

I kept going after they turned head down because honesty I would walk out feeling worlds better than when I went in and I had a short delivery, only 4 hours! It was worth EVERY penny to me not to have a cesarean.

My oldest kid had been experiencing neck and shoulder pain. So we were referred to Synapse by a family member, who has been a patient for a few years now. We walked into a spacious and clean office. All of the staff we met were following COVID infection control protocols. Check in was quick and friendly. The assistant (Raman) who did the scans for my son was also wonderful and informative. Very cool equipment at this office, seemingly all of the latest and greatest technology.

Couple that with the expertise of Dr Sahota and you've got yourself a winning situation. Pleased to report we had a wonderful initial visit. I have a painfully shy kid but Doc's bedside manner was so great that my son was more at ease than he normally would be. I'm eager to go to our follow up in a few weeks. I am blown away with Synapse Chiropractic! This was my very first time going to a chiropractor. The staff is all so personable and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process from giving me an entire office tour to the assessments and examination and then during the adjustments. Dr. Sahota is a true tour de force in chiropractic care!

Dr. Sahota and his staff are all amazing. I came to his office practically in tears with terrible back pain. I signed up for their wellness plan and went every week for about 30 visits--best investment ever! I feel so much better for it. Dr. Sahota was also helpful during my second pregnancy with getting regular adjustments. Also, I recently had some painful TMJ and he was able to adjust my jaw and I got immediate relief. I highly recommend his office and friendly staff to everyone!

My OB recommended to go to a chiropractor who was certified in the Webster method when I was pregnant with my first child and suddenly found myself unable to walk or sit or stand without pain. My birth doula recommended Dr. Sahota. I was really relieved that Dr. Sahota has such flexible and extended office hours, that allowed me to see him after work. After a few sessions I was feeling better and I continued through the rest of my pregnancy.

I found that continuing the treatment helped keep the pain more manageable. During that time I also learned that chiropractors can help the baby get into optimal position for labor, and can really help with a quicker delivery with less complications. My labor and delivery was pretty easy for a first time mom and I think it was due to the help I had along the way from Dr Sahota. Also, Dr. Sahota's staff and office always are super nice and friendly, and they do a lot of unique and fun things to keep the morale of the office high and give their patients nice surprises!
