Chad and Andrea are both excellent chiropractorstheir dual approach for managing my TMJ pain-and-popping has been the most successful treatment Ive ever tried (mouth guards, galore!) and Ive dealt with this severe TMJ pain for almost 20 years. But now, with my regular adjustments, Ive been able to eat my favorite candy (Jelly Belly jelly beans) again, and everyone deserves the little sweet treats in life! Pain is no fun game, but finally having an understanding of the cause and a plan to move forward is a relief in itself! To start the staff is so welcoming and ready to assist where needed. The entire office is wheelchair accessible and they are willing to make any needed modifications for the best service possible. The amount of thorough information, explanation and verification so that everything is understood is top-notch. Therapies are done to assist in healing of symptomatic pain, but it's a band aid like with other medications. Dr Andrea Shaw, listens to all concerns and thoroughly examines all angles. This will be a new life style change so that running this race of life will contunue to be full of all the Lords blessings in health!

Satisfied with my experience at Shaw Chiropractic. They offer more than just an adjustment. For example: massage therapy, electric pulse stimulation, and an adjustable table with a built-in roll which goes up and down the spine to get the muscles relaxed and blood flowing. These are different ways to prep a patient before the adjustment. Im not covering all they offer. Staff seem like a well oil machine with their roles and responsibilities. The greatest benefit Ive received was massage therapy not because the adjustments are bad but because of my specific needs (relaxing my overworked and tight muscles). Im a veteran and the VA counts everything I listed (and could be more if I needed it) as under one visit with a limited amount per year. Great deal if you ask me.

Shaw Chiropractic is amazing! They are the best chiropractors I have been to in Jacksonville. I go for regular treatments to keep my body in balance and feeling good. Recently, I had an injury and now Im going to Dr. Andrea to relieve pain and tension brought on by this injury. I also receive ultrasound therapy and stem therapy which is helping my back to heal. I trust them implicitly and their staff is so kind and knowledgeable. You cant get any better compassionate care than Shaw Chiropractic!

I have sever vertigo and prior to seeing doctor Chad I was on so much medication and had to use someone or a wall to move from one place to another. I started off going 3 times a week and now I am able to go once a month. Yes I still do have episodes but I am able to do everyday functions to include working 40 hours a week. They are not as sever as they used to be or as frequent. Thank you doctor Chad.

Before I was referred to Shaw Chiropractic, I was experiencing extreme sciatica and was almost unable to walk. Within a short period of time I was not only able to walk again, pain free, I also feel like I joined the Shaw family.
