When deciding our techniques for adjusting we took into consideration the research behind each technique, the results reported, and most importantly the specificity of each.
With these standards, we found the two approaches that met these requirements and that is why we utilize the Torque Release technique which is the most researched low force technique in chiropractic, and the Gonstead technique which is recognized as the gold standard for specific by hand adjusting.
