Dr. Gartland is Board Certified and has been practicing in Raleigh since 2002.
Receiving his undergraduate degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Suma Cume Laude, earning him the USA Provost Scholar.
He continued earning his Doctorate degree in Seneca Falls, New York at NYCC also graduating Suma Cume Laude.
While studying at NYCC, Dr. Gartland was introduced to a vast spectrum of teaching and practicing techniques by experts in the field of Chiropractic.
Dr. Gartland is Board Certified and has been practicing in Raleigh since 2002.
