Condition For Life is happy to offer studio lease options to select personal trainers and small group instructors.
Lease options include a per-hour rate and a flat monthly fee.
The Training Studio at Condition For Life is a 20' x 30' indoor facility built for functional/athletic (as opposed to bodybuilding) training.
It is equipped with Free Motion dual cable cross, C2 Rowing Trainer, Squat station with Olympic bar and weights up to 45 lbs, Just Jump vertical jump testing mat, low weight dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric balls, plyometric boxes, agility ladders, cones, hurdles, etc. Outdoor training is available on a wide 30 yard black top area with a sturdy concrete wall for throwing balls against.
